The System

A clear path from where you are to whole.

Anchored in Scripture, built for pastors and the people they serve. No clinical training required to use it.

How it works, in five steps
1

Locate

A short assessment reads your true operating level and the shape of the strain.

2

Read

A full report names the level, expression, three indices, and a clear next step.

3

Mirror

You're matched to the figure of Scripture who walked something structurally similar.

4

Walk

A practice walks the same road God walked with them, daily, pen to paper.

5

Recalculate

Run it again at 30 days. The delta is the evidence of real movement.

The diagnostic scale

Seven levels, from Peace to Shutdown. Peace is where the whole walk is headed; the six below are where a person actually stands. Each names a state, never an identity. The goal is movement, not a label.

PeaceL0
Full alignment with God as source, nothing fractured between the person and Him. The destination the whole walk moves toward, not a place we yet stand.
HealthyL1
Operating from alignment. Receiving rather than managing. Present, grounded, available.
BurdenL2
Carrying weight that belongs to God or others. Responsible, depleted, reluctant to stop.
GuardedL3
Chronic alertness. Warm on the surface, real access withheld. Presence reaches it; information does not.
ReactivityL4
Responses faster and harder than the situation warrants. The system is running hot.
OverwhelmL5
Bandwidth at zero. Simple things feel hard. The load must come down before anything else.
ShutdownL6
Protective non-participation. Numb, flat, withdrawn. Presence before content. The well is dry.

The Assessment

A psychometric instrument grounded in Hebrew and Greek. It reads level, expression, and three indices in thirty to forty five minutes.

213

The Library

213 biblical figures documented at specific operating states. Each is a precise mirror, matched by level, sex, and expression.

183

The Practices

183 practices across five phases: Location, Encounter, Exposure, Reordering, Embodiment. One figure, one level.

It also reads the shape, and the risk

The level tells you where someone is. These tell you what the level alone cannot.

Five expressionsThe shape the strain takes: Fear, Control, Exhaustion, Responsibility, Relationship.
Trauma IndexHow much of the past is still operationally running today.
Resource IndexWhether the person is carrying their weight alone or inside a community.
L0-OrientationHow accessible settled, aligned functioning is to them right now.

Built on a specific account of redemption, from Genesis 3 through sixteen centuries of interpretation and the modern clinical literature.
